counties. >>> gusty winds are pushing this grass fire that is prompting evacuations in rockland northeast of sacramento. the fire breck out about 12:30 near thunder valley casino. it's burned 355 acres so far and is 30% contained. no word yet if any buildings have caught fire. >>> in the east bay, two robbers are on the loose after getting into the shootout this morning with the owner after coin store. one of the bullets hit someone inside a house. it happened before 10:00 a.m. at the northern california coin exchange on grand avenue. sky 7 captured the aftermath. the robbers came in and the owner says they ordered him to get on the floor. the men then started emptying out the cases and the safes that had been left open. the store owner tells abc7 news he hit a button to open the door so the two robbers could leave, then he decided to take matters into his own hands. >> when i let them out, i got up, said a few curse words. i grabbed my gun. i went outside and i saw them walking up the hill, and so i followed after them. i said hey, stop. and i pointed the gun at them, and he turned and poin
