i welcome peter [speaker not understood] of rocksy market to the podium. and you want to come to the microphone. you'll need it for a couple minutes. if folks are aware of rocksy market on the corner of san jose avenue and san juan, it is a great place to pick up a sandwich and also to rub elbows with just the regular folks that live in district 11. they have grated sandwiches that are there and you also see kind of a wall of some of the history of mayors who have been visitors of rocksy market. ~ great rocksy market has actually been around for 39 years, what established august 29th, 1975. is that correct, 1975? >> um-hm. >> which is [speaker not understood] place to get sandwiches in all of district 11. it's really exciting that you have been there all this time and the sandwiches only get better with the years. one thing that's really important to note for peter and his family, and i'll read other family names who are part of the rocksy market tradition, tony and [speaker not understood]. they give a lot to district 11 and the mission hills neighborhood

so, an example of a legacy business that might benefit from a caft type approach would be the rocksy theater which operates as a business is run by a nonprofit, is certainly a cornerstone of the mission that, you know, that is facing a lease renewal next year. where assistance with purchasing the building from a land trust and a combination of other types of [speaker not understood] might make a difference to making that transaction work. the cast is really a great innovative model we have here in san francisco and that's why we highlighted it. >> it's a good tool. >> yes. >> that's why you put it [speaker not understood]. >> [speaker not understood]. 1968. i don't see any dates prior to 1968, any of these locations. and that's just -- [multiple voices] >> no, i think it's -- the date that we started the cut off -- we didn't include any businesses that were with after 1984. >> okay. but the oldest location start date, as far as i can tell, is 1968 and i know that some of these businesseses here [multiple voices] >> oh, that is because the tax and treasurer's office has, in term of th
