part of the benefit of the rockwell collins deal is it brings with it a lot of cash flow.t should help the businesses stand on their own. you have to get the deal done first. i think that is what people are still waiting on. as you mentioned, we are looking for china approval. the signs are that this deal is not a political football. this is not a qualcomm 2.0. it is more of a waiting game and hopefully we should get on in the next coming days. if not weeks. again, we will have to see what they do with the portfolio. there are a couple different ways you can do this. i mentioned the aerospace business standing alone. that seems to be the most clear way to go about a breakup. as you look at the other businesses, climate control, you could spin those off. those could stand alone. or you could look at m&a for those businesses. there has been talk about consolidation in the hvac state. you have johnson controls which is talking about spinning off its battery business. that would leave it as a standalone company and there could be consolidation opportunities. vonnie: brooke sut
