a lot of folks on capitol hill have been calling for impeachment of rod rosenstein or removal of rod tein, tempering their enthusiasm for that to say the least. what -- remind us what would happen if he was removed from this investigation. >> it would fall to the islamist for general noel francisco. it normally would fall to the number three at the justice department but we currently have an acting. it would call to francisco and he would be overseeing the mueller investigation in a way that rod rosenstein has been. theres no reason to think he would do anything to sometimy it according to people i have spoken to that know him. they say he's a rosenstein-esque figure, plays by the rules. there are questions about whether he would even want the job, it might be like a hot potato where he tries to pass it off because he does potentially have a conflict of interest, he worked for the law firm that represented the trump campaign. there are questions about whether or not he would actually do that, at which point the white house would have to weigh its options. a more interesting result wou
