we just spoke to the assistant principal here at rodriquez high. this incident involves a teacher here. the assistant principal said she can't comment this morning. she's referring all questions to the fairfield school district this morning. now, all of those questions have been referred to the district. i'm waiting to hear back this morning. first of all, this woman who was arrested last night, is an english speecher right here at rodriquez high. she's charged with statutory rape and child endangerment. authorities with the sheriff's office said she took advantage of her position with a 16-year- old student. she was released from the solano county jail overnight. the jail did not mention how much her bail was set at. of course, we're contactth the school. as i mentioned earlier they they are referring all questions to the district. back to you. >> thank you. >>> well, an autopsy scheduled for today could give us new information about the fatal police shooting of an unarmed man in oakland. authorities have identified the man killed on trask street
