some are calling this the pry romney primary.omebody emerge with the romney stamp of approval? >> no. no stamp of approval. i'm going to stay forcefully neutral in this process. and i'm not going to be getting behind anybody who's one of our contenders. >> i want to get to the candidates and your thoughts on some of them in a minute but you bring up the topic of leadership and president obama has come under fire this week for his leadership on the question of isis. and has come out publicly and said we don't have a complete strategy yet. and this is you know ten months after he said we don't have a strategy at all. and isis has made some major gains. you wanted the job he now holds. you have given it some thought. do you have any strategy for defeating isis? >> well of course. and it's certainly not based upon all the informed information that one would have as president of the united states i think you have to say it's disappointing, disconcerting for the commander in chief to send 450 men and women in harm's way and say we don'

i share that concern with the former governor, mitt romney. i don't know that there's a clearly defined plan which seems to be in response to the polls, just throwing some numbers at it, some bodies to look like he is doing something but it is it the right call? >> using the lily pads you think of frogs but i think of sitting ducks. i think this is not going to disrupt isis. i think it might draw them in a little closer. kimberly mentioned the number break down for us $2.74 billion spent to date fighting isis, $9 million per day and it is a fight many military experts say we are losing. >> it is one thing to talk about throwing warm bodies and to harm's way, more american soldiers into harm's way without a defined strategy and the money angle, the first airstrikes began in august, the american people sent $3 billion fighting isis, that comes under $9 million a day, 55% of that on air strikes, in quarter of that weapons and arrest involved in missions with military carriers. if you are talking about a lot of money and unlimited amount of money
