filed last night in madison by the great america pac, the "stop hillary pac" and wisconsin voter ron johnson. they argue that the recount threatens the due process rights of johnson and others who voted for mr. trump. the lawsuit also says that errors are likely to happen, since election officials are rushing to meet the december 13th deadline. meanwhile, the election recount has already started statewide. day two of the recount is a slow start in some locations. and the clock is ticking... for election officials to get the job done. our deandra corinthios has more from the elections commission warehouse. ballot counting begins at 8 am 8 absentee ballots in milwaukee county were rejected due to errors. and...one of the voting machines had to be fixed. thursday elections commissioners decided to publicly test only two of the 30 voting machines being green party candidate jill stein objected. milwaukee county commissioners then decided to test all 30. one of them was broken, and had to be fixed that's why they didn't start counting votes until three hours past the original start time. the firs
