. >> this fight is far from over, joining us now political analyst ron meyer. the president saying again massive fraud has been found but we haven't seen it. what do you make of this statement? is it time to make a move past it? >> the president had to acknowledge it is all smoke and no gun thus far. a lot of why old claims, his legal team bundled this from day one. instead of trying to challenge that you are in the right process, they make these why illegal accusations for hard paper evidence, they have a lot of affidavits. if you look closely there is not enough to change the result, the margins are quite large. you continue to claim there is massive evidence, this legal team wasn't ready for this. there is some evidence of fraud, and those are right but is there enough to overturn the election in 3 states, a hand recount, not sure about that. >> the facts are on his side. that is the issue. he will go to georgia to campaign for kelly leffler and david. do. no one can energize republicans like donald trump. i imagine this will be huge for them. >> joe biden,

let's bring in ron meyer on the battleground blitz starting with pennsylvania. 89% reporting trump 50.7n 48.one. how do you read the pennsylvania tea leaves? >> a lot of the data analysts think the remaining outstanding vote will tilt towards biden and trump's push might not be enough. these margins are thin. we are seeing things that need to be counted and recounted and seeing some digital irregularities here and there where we look at the paper ballots. what i would say as we have to be really patient with pennsylvania. what we will know first is nevada, trump has to have nevada at this point or flipper:arizona. everyone will be looking at nevada to see if we have any inkling. it comes down to pennsylvania. we were looking at weeks here. they have to look very closely at all the absentee and mail in ballots, make sure signatures match and all the verification techniques are used to make sure all votes are legitimate and i think that's the right thing to do. i'm having tons of friends ask me if the vote is legitimate and i want to be able to do legitimately it is. i think it is but wit
