victory for himself so i think this is absolutely donald trump's party victory for marsha blackburn here in tennessee is indicative of that right the candidates who are winning our candidate who by a lower. limits it's goto this go to line and here we have small problem there ok lionel. with the house going back into the hands of the democrats we've heard all through the campaign the base is interested in these investigations and investigating trump his family russia game interesting lamp was hardly mentioned during this election cycle and bad days english so but you know if we if palosi comes back in power as speaker. what what's the tension going to be with the base and the centrists in the democratic party when it comes to trump dealing with trump specifically and i'm using the you know trump was winning everything one time he said are you tired of winning not really and i think what people are going to look at this as is specially in the world of stocks as you know peter the call this a correction right and every now and now in the during a correction you're going to see what the democrats have been wanting to do now what i hope for and i want you to understand i am a political atheist i believe me i this president i love what he's doing by the way what you did notice something barack obama in a couple of instances tried to campaign with him recently after two days he was hoarse and exhausted from seventy two years old one hundred pounds overweight and he's like the eveready battery he was one of the greatest campaigners of all time but i hope what happens is that they let nancy pelosi go full tilt boogie and maxine waters in charge of the senate finance committee and then when jerry nadler to be in charge of the the the house judiciary and i want these people to go nuts and by the way as you said where is the read where is or was shouldn't interaction here did they drop the ball does this does this bode ill for muller's investigation i just asked about twenty questions which is why i'm paid the big bucks to do so so that of so are i but here's a libel here you've really created the the the worst better the better scenario from your point of view here mark. you know i know they bring up a good point i mean in macro sense you know the economy is humming along i think if you go micro it's a lot more complicated than a lot of the media likes by the standards that journalists report the economy is doing well the stock market the g.d.p. doesn't necessarily reflect how it's the economy is doing down at the end of the lines in the pocketbook of the you know the average family in different parts of the country but yeah if midterm has one punch line i'll give you that it's not a blue wave it's not the economy stupid right because obviously trump was on the minds we see some two thirds of voters were voting primarily because of a strong opinion on drop youth wimmin and minorities predictably turned out very high higher than than than i do or more for the that's a very good point on that you know the back to los angeles i think that's an interesting sign you know the turnout was higher than expected here because i guess we can that's accounted for because of the polarization but there we go it going into the midterms are two issues i think that the media puts a lot of focus on and with different angles obviously cavanagh and the caravan how did that how did those two issues play in the selection. well i think actually people are hungry for some real policy ideas i mean i mean you guys bring up nancy pelosi she has said that her first priority is trump's tax returns and pay go and people just aren't interested in that people just aren't interested at all nor are people interested in these kind of hot button issues that the media just kind of shoves down people's throats i think people are interested in real solution real policy ideas that's why when you look at some of the people that kind of came close to a rourke. you know they both came out of the gate swinging really hard and they were kind of steadfast in their positions then they kind of eased up a little bit on the medicare for all and gillum in particular started campaigning with debbie wassermann schultz with hillary clinton well then look what happened they kind of didn't have enough to get to the finish line so i think people are hungry for real policy and answers and that's why that turn out was what it was you know that's why i love having you on the program run because you're you're on the progressive side i'm on the conservative side but we have one thing in common we like policy where policy wonks and i think that's where we need to get back to brad let me go back to you i only want to end the wars we want and the way to do it we're ron paul -- i think he refused to take matching funds because he didn't want to take money from government. i wrote an essay saying, ron, take the money. better that you have it than the government has it. i don't think he did. that nobody ever listens to me, but the point is if it was ron paul who was running a space thing and he took money from the government and he used it for this purpose, i would say, right on, ron, that's great, because nmu're a good guy. so now the question comes, is elon musk a good guy or a bad guy? if he's a good guy like ron paul, he would be justified in taking money from the government, but if he's a bad guy, he's just arm in glove or hand in hand with the government. so what we do, we go over a whole bunch of e monoplussing's -- elon musk's public statements. and, unfortunately, he doesn't pass the smell test. he is not a good guy, he's not a libertarian. and recently he came us out as an avowed socialist, which is not a good idea with. not a credit on his blotter. so we do have a chapter devoted to all these people, and we say if they're taking money from government are they on the good side or the ledger or the bad side. so we deal with this sort of a question in that chapter. >> host: do you deal with should there be any regulation of s

ron deand fist was declared win -- ron desantis was declared the winner over dem krament andrew gillum. and gillum who conceded on election night just today officially pulled back his concession. the democrats are refusing to accept the results of the national media. in the words of dnc lawyer mike elias, christopher steele fraud thrents dossier intended old fo to disenfranchise us on the presidential election. we'll do a recount and we'll win. how do they do this? necessity find missing ballots. where do they finds them? in deep blue counties run by democrats in florida, broward and palm beach. broward and palm beach counties may sounds familiar to you. in 2000 there was a hand recount in broward county because the democrats didn't want to accept the results of a presidential election. in 2006 there was another recounts started by the democrats. in 2016 another recount and 2018 another recount in the same two counties. folks, there 3,141 counties in the united states. so you tell me how 3,139 counties can get their votes in 30 minutes after the polls close, but not these two. the other counties get it right. there is even a county that suffered a category 4 hurricane in florida that was able to turn in their ballots 30 minutes after the election. but the same two deep blue democrat controlled counties in florida where the republicans won in the two most of important races can't get their act together. but it's not the first time. there is one person who seems to be at the center of this. miss brenda snipes. the election supervisor in broward county. you may know about brenda because in 2016 a judge called her out for destroying ballots that benefited her friend debbie wasserman-schultz. so election night broward reports thousands of votes, and now there are reportedly thousands more votes. you are kidding, right? a primer. every county is supposed to hand in all early voting and absentee balance lots within 30 minutes of the polls closing. most of kansas city already count those ballots before election night. but now in a lawsuit brought against miss snipes, governor scott argues miss snipes is refusing to cooperate. the court ordered miss snipes to turn over record detailing how she counts ballots. snipes is refusing to turn over the record, saying it's inappropriate for a court into the screen this time simply because scott wants the counting process sped up. what is even more outrageous is after snipes destroyed ballots illegally in the 2016 election. her premature destruction of the ballots in a pending lawsuit was described as unlawful and in violation of the public records act. that court in 2016 cited a similar case where the individual was dismissed, saying dismissal under these circumstances is an appropriate sanction. but the court went even beyond saying that about snipes. they said her violation was twofold. number one, snipes violated state and federal retention requirements, and number two, snipes violated the affirmative responsibility to preserve evidence. why was this roll and not fired? yet today miss snipes was on to mess up yet another, or overturn yet another election in florida. if that's not enough to infuriate you after the court's decision about miss snipes, the state of florida announced it would be monitoring broward's 2018 election. let me tell you what a mess we are in. there are reportedly thousands of newfound ballots. each one is five' pages long. do you think a woman who loses thousands of ballots, who doesn't want to turn them in within 30 minutes off the polls are closed should be trusted? do you think she should be allowed to view five times, because that's how long the ballots are. of thousands and thousands of missing ballots? this is lunacy. voter fraud is insidious. it causes people to think their vote doesn't matter. but it's worse than that, folks. there are reportedly transcripts now that prove when the democrats say they want every vote counted when might. but it's not just your vote it's illegal votes that some lawyers in these canvassing hearings for democrats want counted a report out today says lawyers for democrats gillum and nelson are objecting to the rejection of votes cast by non-citizens. so when a lawyer for democrats says he's going down to florida to win, he should have added, by any means. that's my open. if you love my opening statements, you will love my new book, "new york times" number one best seller, "liars, leakers, and liberals. ". here with me is florida congressman matt gaetz. good evening, congressman. >> good evening. i think they are still finding ballots for al gore in broward county. it's a mess down there. it's like a banana republic. when you have them standing in the way of people to oversee the election. that's why getting the ballots and getting a just result is important to all of us. judge jeanine: in the hearing yesterday, when governor scott had requested the opportunity to review and to count and find out how they were determining the ballots, then what she says is, you don't have a right to look at this stuff just because you want it sped up. what else that about? >> the law in florida requires the supervisor of elections to make regular reports about how many people voted and in what method they voted in broward county they simply ignored those laws. then when we tried to use our public records act to get information, they stood in the way. after a judge ruled they had to let us inspect the information. i stood in line with governor stock lawyers and we were stood away and told to come back at 10:00 the next morning. you see the supervisor of elections violating court orders and state statutes. the good news is ronesantis has a margin of victory that is beyond the reach any fraud. he'll be the governor-elect and then the governor of florida. judge jeanine: you are saying he has more than a half a point ahead of that local mayor gillum. >> there will be a marine recounts. he's under half a point. but he his margin of victory is beyond the coach any fraud. so he'll have a machine recount. we have no objection to that. judge jeanine: if a judge determined as i just read in my open that this woman snipes who was the election commissioner, what is her official title? >> supervisor of elections. judge jeanine: that she two years ago violated state and federal law. he cited a case where someone was dismissed under similar circumstances. can you tell me why this woman was not dismissed given the fact that the judge's decision suggests she should be. and we have rick scott the governor who should have dismissed her is suffering because he didn't dismiss her. >> brenda sykes is too stupid or too corrupt t

ron helus, sergeant ron helus will be escorted out of the hospital. there will be a police procession. hundreds of officers obviously will be lined up there as his body is taken away and led to a funeral home where family and friends will finally get a chance to see him. he was set to retire next year. beloved by the ventura sheriff's department. did so many things in the 29 years that he was there, including a bomb squad, working with the swat team. we got a chance to hear from colleagues a little earlier and here's what they said about the hero. >> i don't think there's anything more heroic than what he did. he went in there to save lives. he took device sif action and -- decisive action and it's a tragic loss for us and it's tragic, the gentleman who was speak being the things that went on inside the club, people inside took heroic action as well and this is just a horrific situation for them to face. i've known ron on right around the same time and he's just -- always areally enthusiastic very energetic man and a true cop's cop. he worked narcotics, investigative assignment and on the swat team for many years. this was in his blood. he had a natural instinct for for going after crooks and did it with enthusiastic and a great deal of -- enthusiasm and agreet deal of intelligence. he would spend time with his son. my heart goes out to the family. i can't imagine what they are going through right now. >> so you heard the colleague talk about the son and leaves behind a wife. there is the picture right there. president trump already taking to twitter thanking the brave police officers, the men and women and also pointing out the actions of ron had helus when -- ron helus. when announced to the public, there's the sheriff of the ventura sheriff's department he choked up saying he was a great guy and they were gym partners and we will try to carry that live when the procession happens. we will stream
