ron slater is live with the latest. it is a huge hole. >> you can probably tell it is windy, but the wind may have played a part in all of this. i am told they are waiting for pepco to give the all clear before they can get inspectors in and they can take a look at what happened here. d.c. fire says this happened as after 2:00 this afternoon. a huge chunk, about two stories high of that brick wall came crashing down, taking out a utility pole and some street signs. this, we are told, is an old tomato packing plant that is being converted. inside, the building is hard -- is hollowed out. we don't know yet what the construction is for. it is in the middle of an area a lot of developments, called ivy city, an area of new york avenue, where a number of where houses are being converted into housing, retail, and restaurants. d.c. fire pretty quickly determined that nobody has been injured. we had out,one including our special ops division and our new tracing dog, who did two or three runs in there just as a precaution. so far
