supervisor hillary ronen is calling for a hearing on how the city handles sexual assault allegations.445 some female inmates are being released early as part of the closure of the women's prison in dublin. the federal bureau of prisons announced the closure of fci dublin on monday. that's where eight officers have been charged with sex crimes. attorneys are telling ktvu some of their clients, who had a short amount of time left on their sentence, are either being released early for good behavior or being placed on house arrest. sources also tell ktvu all of the women will be relocated by this weekend. california may have a chance in november to vote on a measure mandating more jail time for certain crimes, such as smash and grab robberies or drug offenses. >> now, a group called californians for safer communities announced it has submitted 900,000 signatures to get the measure home acenas drug addiction and theft reduction act on the ballot. it would essentially roll back portions of prop 47, which was approved in 2014, and reduced punishments for some property and drug crimes. >> our
