fso. santa rosa has 30 mile-per-hour winds and in oakland and concord and we still have gusty winds out there and it's a key factor for the commute this morning. the multiple doppler sweep is showing you the current rain pattern and parts of sonoma counties are not completely covered but there is light to moderate downpours and you will notice the bulk over here and to the east of tracy, this was over an hour ago in gilroy. as far as wind speeds, fso is sustained at 18 miles per hour and open airport 16 miles per hour and current air temperatures are not too cold upper 40s to lower 50s. a few showers off and on and this system is moving in to the north and we could be tracking some thunderstorms for your thursday. some breaks in the clouds and a few pop up showers and this will be the key for tomorrow with increases across the region. we have 55 to 58 degrees and with your weekend always in view, unsettled today and by friday it clears out and over the weekend it warms up. >>> the light was switched on at 9:00 last night and the wet sidewalks were packed along the embarcadero and many people
