you don't hear the stories about people like rosa maria cabler or who trained 700 ecoconsultants to traint the local level. you don't hear the stories about those here in san francisco, funning innovation to conserve energy conservation. what i want the reader to take away is if you are a high school or college student, as you go into your professional work life, think about the power of being the environmental entrepreneur. use the role models and the examples to enter your working life as if the planet matters and question the status quo. give yourself permission to be an entrepreneur. >> 15 to 20 years ago, being green was seen as weird. now it's the in thing. if you are not green, then you are weird. there is like a green revolution going on and you point out people who were a part of that revolution. >> very much so and i was fortunate to find so many. there only 10 and i'm working on the next volume. this is a stanford and uc davis-educated engineer. he is here in the bay area and he is, for example, working to reduce the energy that it takes to power giant bulbs and warehouses. thi
