san jose fire responded to a small exterior fire this morning at a home on the 4100 block of rosenbaumssway. this is the same area that has been targeted by an alleged arsonist in recent days. that fire was quickly put out and caused minimal damage. the san jose fire department is urging people to be on high alert following a string of fires, including one that happened yesterday morning as well. investigators believe most of the fires were set on purpose. the fires have all been set on the exterior of the buildings and all have been moving very fast, putting both residents and firefighters at risk. a $10,000 reward is now up for grabs for the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for starting these fires. a sketch of the person of interest has also been released. he's described as a white or hispanic man, 25 to 40 years old. six feet to 6'2" weighing approximately 160 to 180 pounds with dark medium length hair and wearing distinctive large frame glasses. >>> san francisco police say an off-duty female officer shot at another person after a fight following a minor
