"all the ice you see out here is just 100 percent natural. there's no dye or additives, it's just blue ice." site manager blake hawbaker says they stick to a theme, keep the castle looking as organic and natural as possible. 60 towers made of solid ice are sprere over an acre. the walls about 10 feet thick. between the walls, you'll find tunnels, caves, fountains, waterfalls and slides. the entire structure is built on thousands of homegrown icicles.
