rosenfield, and then, a comment. i skipped over the $2 trillion package from the feds. do you have a sense of what that means to municipalities? >> i can let you know what i know as of this morning, and obviously, the mayor's office is tracking the senate bill as we speak, and it has not yet been reconciled with the bill at the house. it's something that we will know in the next couple of days as they come together. we are seeing significant relief from what we're talking about here. we do know that in the senate bill, for example, there's $150 billion for state and local government relief to offset the cost of health care response and other expenses that both the state and local governments are going to face in this emergency. we also know that there's very significant new allocations in the small business loans, in the grants in the bill,. $367 billion has been allocated in the bill. again, i think the details in the bill and how that will be administered, we've not seen that yet, but will expect to in the coming days. >> supervisor ronen: thank you. and i'm wondering
