line is ferrari, but all of a sudden, inflation started to take a toll on the blue line folks, rosenstein it? they are in desperate desperate shape. where does all the money go who collected the $500 billion because interest rates went higher? the folks who buy ferraris. it's pretty simple. this is a 70% of the economy. they are getting absolutely destroyed while yeah, the rich are doing extraordinarily well but it's suggesting that the economy is really strong, now, here is the thing though i will say this. it is true. most asset classes are not factoring in a recession. not just yet. you get it in the five year treasuries, some base metals but other things, high yield credit, you know, russel 2000, cyclicals versus defense. just not there yet, but what is there and what's been time tested over and over again is the d inversion, we've talked so long about the inversion, the 10 and two-year yield inversion. it's uninverted to steepening yield curve and well let's just look at what's happened in the past. whenever this thing has gone up the light blue line is recession. it's a pretty good

and i know deanna rosenstein did a lot of work on this with betts to get us specifically to address thate, but i don't know that there's aan will fix the number that's already in the pipeline, unless the chief has a different answer. yeah. so i do think, if u look at 2.07.03 particularly, be the written response, this is one, i think, that you and i talked about. this is meant to be, really a kind of a, i say preventive to if we can get to a resolution and an agreementh an officer before we have to schedule a chief's hearing. that's why that's there, we have had some success with that. basically, if we knoas■■■ have an understanding of kind of what, what the issues are on the table. and this provides the officer the opportunity to write a written response so i can review those responses prior to a hearing. and if it's something that's reasonable, that i'm willing toowwith the officer and we can come to an agreement, then it doesn't have to go to a hearing. so i think that's going to be huge in terms times where by the time we get to and through a chief's hearing and i look at the argumen
