they are interviewing witnesses in roseville. they have yet to interview the truck driver. we retraced the route taken by truckust drive -- the driver. according to the train and event recorder, the locomotive started the first of three horn blast 17 seconds riordan to -- prior to impact. this is the same direction that the refuse truck was driving the day of the crash. you will note the rail crossing sign to the right. just before reaching the tracks, there is a slight incline. if he looked to his right, he could see the tracks through trees and vegetation. well before reaching the tracks he would've had a clear, did beer. investigators,sb the camera on the lead locomotive capture the truck approaching the crossing. three seconds before the crash, the front of the truck reaches the track. the train struck the right axle of the truck. the driver got out of the hospital sunday. he has not responded to requests for an interview. he now has an attorney who declined to give his name or answer any questions. the sitewill remain on until friday. they have not determined a cause.
