ross? >> good stuff. here european stocks just over an hour and a half into the trading day two to one outpacing decliners to claw back the slim losses we had yesterday. the dax up around 0.2%. right now up 0.6% on the ftse one. the cac up a third. the ftse mib up 0.4%. we're waiting to see how much money is thrown down in the ltro. today the yields are low in italy. 5.3%. they're low in spain, just under 5%. and in france as well slightly higher in germany. very low levels of 1.83%. the key focus on this italian debt auction just over 6 billion euros they're looking at on a reopen five year and a fresh ten year. you can see the cash market is 4% ran 5.43%. we're looking at quite a big -- quite a big discount. 5.7% is where we're trading about but we have the ltro. we have a big redemption this week. that should be supportive for the eye titalian debt. as far as the euro dollar is confirmed, trading. they are trying to claw back. right now euro/yen, we hit that four-month high on monday. dollar/yen 80.73.

ross mirkarimi will return to family court. anne makovec is in san francisco where prosecutors are adding to their witness list for mirkarimi's upcoming trial. good morning, anne. >> reporter: that's right. of course there was a similar family court hearing last week when he was asking to see his son. we understand he and his wife have been meeting with mediators independently to come up with some sort of mutually agreeable visitation schedule. this morning the judge could either accept or deny that plan that they are coming up with. this is going to happen in just a few hours here at 9 a.m. this morning's hearing in family court comes after a similar motion was twice denied in criminal court mirkarimi is barred from seeing his wife or son right now. this hearing is about only his son. his wife does support mirkarimi's request to see their son. mirkarimi was arrested on january 13 charged with domestic violence battery, endangering a child and dissuading a witness. he is accused of grabbing and bruising his wife's arm in front

ross, let's take a look at how the u.s. is fairing. >> 7-3, the decline is just about outpacing the demand. pmis out of the eurozone not really helping us at all. they're weaker than expected. a third of a percent. it was down two-thirds. cac quarante down a third. nearly 10% respecteverybodily already for the year. now, the big excitement yesterday was the dow. one stamg yesterday crept through the 13 mark. it's been a long climb back since 2009 to get back. we'll see if we can sustain it close. the high, of course, was in 2007, toward the end of 2007, near 14,000. we have a way to go to that, but it's been a decent climb in the last few months. we'll keep an eye on oil prices, brent, 0.18%. as far as euro is concerned, we hit 132.93 yesterday. below that this morning at 132.24. yen still at multimonth lows. euro/yen, hit a low since july 12. now 80.22. the sterling/dollar will be looking at the minutes from the bank of england. will they signal that perhaps we're not going to get a qe in addition to the previous meeting?
