rowland martin is the cnn contributor. very different story. according to a cnn research opinion poll, 54% of americans approve how president obama is handling his total job as president. it's not his job americans seem to have a problem with, it's the lack of jobs for everybody else. when you ask americans how president obama is handling the economy, it's like the numbers switch. 58% disapprove, only 41% approve. rowland, your analysis? >> let's get to the heart of this. americans continue to be delusional when it comes to our economy. we are so used to this microwave attitude of, hey, next month, and then next month. we wait every month for this jobs report, and we so you think all of a sudden it's going to magically reappear of having 300,000 jobs a month. when ben bernanke says it's going to be years, accept the fact it is going to be years. how is it that we accepted our sports teams would take four and five times. we try to win a championship that somehow would take only a few months. i've traveled all over this country. what's also happe

let me go now to rowland martin.or republican argument which is that government has gotten too large and it's inefficient and needs to be made smaller? that's a pretty good campaign argument, isn't it? >> it's always been the campaign argument and it sounds great until all of a sudden you raise the hood up and say, what does that really mean? for instance, we have the bp oil spill. what was the one thing we heard, where are the people checking these oil wells, why weren't they having these inspections? all of a sudden you go back and realize, too few of them. then republicans will then say, too much regulation, we shouldn't have too many people checking on different things. that's the problem. here's what i find to be amazing. when i was seeing unemployment numbers, we've had 15 consecutive months of private sector job growth. when the numbers have numbers nor jobs, it's always been based upon losing government jobs. i have republicans on my shoe and say wait a minute, how can you get mad at the unemployment numbers

joining me to tackle this is rowland martin on the phone with us.uthor terry reel. thank you for coming on and talking to us about this. jennifer, i want to start with you, because you are a divorce attorney, and how many of your cases involve online cheating and is there a legal definition for this? is tweeting cheating? >> i would say that nowadays 90% of my cases involve some type of online cheating or online posting of pictures, and it is not only cheating. sometimes it is a custody case where people post inappropriate pictures, but social media is per vative avasive and people hs to it and they are using it to get themselves in trouble. >> it is considered cheating? >> well, i think that it is. because it is a betrayal of trust. in the divorce world cheating is not as important as people think it is. it does not make a difference in terms of the economic outcome of a divorce case. it may have impact in custody, and now with the most states have no-fault divorce, you don't have to prove that somebody did something wrong in order to get a divorce
