alison: roz plater has the top story. roz: jesse matthew was served his papers at jail. late last week, the grand jury indicted him on charges of first-degree murder and abduction with intent to defile. finally, the family of morgan harrington is closer to getting justice for their daughter. she disappeared in october 2009 after attending game atomic a concert in charlottesville. a remains were discovered in january 2010. >> something as heinous as taking somebody's life should have consequences. today, finally, the cascade of consequences for jesse matthew for killing morgan harrington started. investigators found a forensic link to a sex assault that happened in fairfax county in 2005. they out a sketch of the suspect, but it was not until jesse matthew was arrested and charged with the murder of hannah graham last fall they had a face and name and enough evidence, prosecutors say, to link the crimes to matthew. >> the fairfax vicm, who sentencing will happen in october, without her testimony and her determination for 10 ands to have her justice speak her proof in cour
