like thousands of others, homer is a resident of the rspca, and while he is well taken care of, sadlycall his own. so, to give him the ultimate dog's day out, i've called in the ultimate dog walkers, captain and his human, tom. apparently, melbourne is the most pet-friendly city in australia. tom: absolutely, the dogs we walk and captain, we're allowed to take them so many different places, certainly a dog-friendly city. dr. chris: according to tom, the hotspot for pooches is here at the yarra bend park, and he's brought along plenty of friends for homer to hang out with.
