secondly, what is -- has dutch ruppersberger done. i don't think he has done anything to improve the bleak practice. as a former business owner, i think i know what it takes to create jobs in the private sector. the federal government has got to support small businesses and not by passing more taxes and strangling regulations. congress doesn't hold townhall meetings or make an effort to get out in the community to listen to people. being a member of congress is not a spectator sport. the issues are extremely important and you deserve more than a spectator. you deserve a teammate, someone who's going to roll up their sleeves and get to work and listen to you. after being in washington for over a decade dutch has become washington. he votes the way he's told to by his party bosses like nancy pelosi and claims to be a moderate. he's no moderate. if you elect me,ly work against the gridlock. i'm known in the maryland senate for working with parties from both. if you elect me, i will not do a disappearing act the day after the election. i
