services that are rurmed at the mile. $2.20 a every hardworking member know if they submit a reimbursement for their employer and try to get reimbursement, they are getting cents. or 53.5 that money adds up. and you see a medicaid program hat is with waste, fraud and abuse. our counties cannot address that waste, fraud and abuse. it can only be done in our state capitol. i think it's only right that we put the burden on the state capitol that has the ability to address these issues and deal with this burden and implement solutions. if our governor so chooses to make this type waste, fraud and abuse, that's his choice. shouldn't put it on our residents' backs to the dune of $145 million of taxpayer dollars that they have no ability to address at the local level. i remember a story from one of our first responders. our only firefighter who came in and talked about the voluntary ambulance service where they would call for services and claim to be experienceing a medical emergency and delivered the paret to the hospital, that same patient would refuse services so they could go to the maul acro
