russ vo: i'm russ feingold and i approve this message. now at noon -- the storms have passed across wisconsin. dodge county is drying out this afternoon after heavy rain forced two schools to evacuate. at least six inches of rain came down in the mayville area fast and furious. the fire department and several volunteers were putting out sandbags to try to stop the floods. ann sterling went out to dodge county today to see how the community is cleaning up. at one point yesterday you needed a canoe, not a car to firefighters and volunteers dumped all these sandbags to stop the water from getting to st. john's lutheran school. now lutheran school. now that the water is gone, the clean up effort begins. crews are removing the concrete barriers and sandbags dumped on bridge street yesterday --- when a gush of water flooded the road. the rising waters forced school leaders to evacuate 2 schools. en were also emptied at parkview primary. firefighters from several departments jumped in. they spent hours using hoses to pump the water away. volunte
