i think there is a fund mental reshuffling because we are not -- we are definitely seeing the russell0 and some commodities telling you that the economy is not all that great, but we are gyrating back and forth. the reason being hedging tends to need to get magnified when you get closer to expiration. suffice to say that the nature of options means you have to hedge them much more aggressively the closer you get to expiration. that is why when we've had bad news come out the week of expiration, this week it was the fomc minutes come up bad economic numbers, and in june we had a fed meeting that week and a press conference that didn't go well. these things get magnified when you are dealing with them in the couple of days before expiration. guy: today we are up, though. normally these expirations can be quite negative. in terms of the relationship to the volatility we have seen over the last few days and today's price action once we started to clear through this process, what does that tell us about what comes next? steve: first of all, it is important to realize that volatility means
