four people are in the hospital after a fire at a russian river resort. re at guerneville lodge also brought down fire lines across river road. the code is -- the road is closed to 316. the fire started at 3:15 this morning. the firefighters were able to knock it down in 45 minutes. four people were taken to the hospital. the extent of their injuries is not known. pg&e has been called to the scene to repair the power lines. >>> muni must decide what to do with a multimillion dollar windfall. >> reporter: good morning. free rides for low income use or make improvements to the sagging fleet? that's the dip lel ma that's before muni right now. it's really a faith that's hitting overnight activists and mass transit. supervisor scott wiener is pushing to use the funds for maintenance pointing out the poor performance rate. i guess it has to work and carry around for free? i still think that muni works all right. so if they can do some balance that would be great. now wiener believes the 6.7 million should be used to fix buses and street cars to improve service

to zoom in to this area as well in sonoma county because we have a flood watch posted for the russian river there, right now the stage is at 19 feet, expected to crest at 31 feet monday morning. and the flood stage is 32 feet so that is a concern, watching that over the next few days with the russian river there. we will move the maps around and show you activity here in the central portion of the bay, in fact yellow and reds link up with heavier downpours there. take a look at this rainfall rate showing you just about an inch an hour with that, the heavier cell there. we will continue to move the maps around and show you and as i mentioned focused there towards the santa cruz mountains, toward san jose and the east bay as well, in fact once i clear that out for you and bring up our zoom tool against and still that there and once again closer to that as well. as far as this, we still have a flash flood watch to talk about, basically right on to the weekend. now the second storm moving through the region right now, there is a third one, as a result the national weather service keeping this p

we are expecting the russian river to crest monday slightly below flood stage a food or two below but if the forecasts are wrong for the rainfall that could easily go above flood stage. we'll have to watch it that closely. outside ominous skies there and the accident it looks like more rain in the afternoon although it will taper off toward showers still breezy. more scattered showers through saturday. storm three night into sunday and more rain could cause into flooding concerns. this is a slow-moving storm taking the whole night to get through and now it's just beginning to see the back side of it. so finally going to see most of the rainfall move out. turning towards showers. hit-and-miss showers through the better part of saturday and overnight on saturday night into sunday here comes another one and this is another strong storm dropping in. and boy, it is going to send the rivers up once again all the creeks and the local streams so we could very well see more flooding. the high country winter weather advisory continues in lake tahoe area. looking at snow above 7,000 feet maybe u
