most people only went there for two years and then i got a ba from rutgers.my parents were not as connected as today's parents would be. i wound up at rutgers and met some wonderful people that i still know but i shouldn't have been therere in general. i learned about ragtime while i was there and then i went to nyu because i wanted to live at new york city for a while and read more books and so i got a degree usin american studies and i goto read the great gatsby. the only reason that i amend is because i was working at a coffee center at nyu to make ends meet and there was one person that was a linguist. that's the only reason i knew what linguistics was and i guess i thought maybe i can do that. i got a phd because it was the best while i was getting the degree. despite rodney king and this, that and the other thing. and i didn't understand why. that is what slowly led oj, it's clear and yet for many years all educational stripes were pretending not towe see it. i had no idea. low and behold losing the racism is a minor and then low and behold i never stop
