here's what happened at the ridge ruxton school last night when one parent got frustrated after the question he submitted was not answered. the man was taken out of the room in handcuffs. much of the criticism over the new curriculum is the lack of information parents are getting and questions about the way math will be taught. two years ago, lawmakers uncorked the states shipping laws and allowed wine to be shipped in- and-out of maryland. at the time, wholesalers predicted it would have a grave impact on business... but has it....? jeff abell went to the maryland wine festival in westminster for some answers..... this is live at ruxton road.what can you tell us is this. >> reporter: well, three people are dead one critically injured after that crash that happened about 12:30 this morning. at the major intersection north baltimore of york road and northern parkway. the impact of the cars was so great along with the damage that was obvious in the video to vehicles we spotted a bumper and a wheel several yards north of the scene on york road. we spoke with deputy commissioner jerry rodriguez whotold us within the last hour this all started when police began to pursue would of the vehicles. >> officers in plain clothes were in the area of hartford and 25th and observed a honda commit a suspicious activity which caused the officeers to believe that criminal acts had been committed by the individuals in the vehicle. they attempted to stop the vehicle. the vehicle didn't yield to the officers. the officers followed the vehicle for sometime and got them to the intersection of northern parkway and york at which time the vehicle th
