obviously with the change in administration and that change at the ftc and the s.e.c., is that a netk for the ipo market? >> i certainly think that the ipo market feels that it is. i think that people are dusting off their banker's phone numbers and giving them a call after what's been a few years slowdown for ipos and m&a. i think we're going to see those floodgates open as early as february, march. there are a lot of companies that have needed to ipo that really can't raise more in the private markets and so i think that we're going to see them. the names that i'm most excited about are a lot of the fin tech ones, i think klarna will be interesting. i think the strike when they do the ipo filing will be monster. these are companies that have already to a large extent repriced themselves in the last few years. they've taken their valuations down proactively and that is good for the public markets. so that their valuation kind of more accurately reflects the public market comps and so i think that come february, march, i'm going to be looking for more filings and t works i think that
