while researching this segment there was a case where one person actually rode into s.f.ith a stolen wheelchair. we all are aware of the shopping carts disappear from supermarkets and many and a book like this. there are hundreds of shopping carts being used by non shoppers but i was surprised to hear about wheelchair's. this this wheelchair has a medical company sticker on it. i call the company and they said it apparently walked away from somewhere. i asked the user of the chair where she got it. she said she founded a few months ago and has been using it ever since. for the record i x not saying that any wheelchairs' wall or rolled away illegally but it is important to know that like the shopping carts that are roaming around the city, they are costing us money. the average cost of a wheelchair is around $200 which will reflect the higher medical bills. did you happen to stumble across a wheelchair that has the medical facilities name on it, but dropped that a line. maybe, they can get it back. >> budget woes are delaying obverse of funding for veterans. a new facility
