clean power s.f. intern is there the most interesting panel i attended was a session yesterday on the pcia or the exit fee. what struck me in learning about how the pcia is arriving to that is there is no transparency whatsoever in how pg and he sets their rates to determine the exit fee. i'm still trying to understand how all this works. one presenter pointed out that the p.u.c. chapter decision and process fails to address whether the costs are reasonable at all. summit also pointed out in a panel that ccas were created to stabilize energy markets and that this process impedes the ability -- the stability in the energy market. that conference, continues today and i will report more on that dust on it at the next meeting. second as i have provided you with copies of our latest expenditures as of november 15 th. so far this fiscal year, our expenditures are now around $73,000. i have, of course, started thinking about next year's budget and what division will be in the next fiscal year and even beyond

quickly i wanted to say that the s.f. p.u.c. supports the continued monitoring by the committee, on the transparency it creates for rate payers. we support the ordinance as amended. any questions? >> i have one question for the sponsor. i know when we put this forward, we talked about potentially, because it is about energy savings and being more energy efficient and so on, in our overall alternative energy programs. i wonder if, is a flexibility in this language that would allow us to do any underground power lines? >> the revenue bond oversight committee is a committee that just makes recommendations and they oversee. this is something we have done for general obligation bonds and for revenue bonds and in this case, we are just extending the life of the committee to the extent that the p.u.c., vice commission, on this board of supervisors with a majority vote chose to float revenue bonds for the purpose of underground dating and that would definitely be within the purview of common oversight by the revenue oversight committee.

access point for public housing residents within the hope s.f. site. and a technology occupational skills training component, healthcare, occupational skills training. these are considered with all the different languages and these are training programs pertinent to the sector which you see which is the first road in front of the long title. there is an overlap with respect to public housing residents served by the drivers apprenticeship training program and outreach to rad housing site that is what we know. that is -- working with the nonprofit sector through that program. so that it is important because we are really working hard to address some of the inherent challenges with respect to the system. we know we are really trying to address the fact that there are some ways where there is an unfortunate challenge around living in public subsidized housing because some times you can, especially around community members in public housing, it can be a concern that if you make more money, then your rents will go up, could go up and will go up. and you run

the next request from s.f.ublic works is to fund the design of the great highway terminus narrowing which would narrow from four lane to see two lanes. this project will allow a separate prop k funded project to begin, and together both projects will provide protected pathway and offer safe working for access to the beach. the sign is expected to be completed by 2019, and construction funding for this project is still to be determined, but public works and m.t.a. is working with the ocean beach association to identify funding. the next project is from public works to fund public works portion of the taraval project to pave 26 blocks between west postial station and sunset boulevard. project includes new sidewalk construction and curb ramps. again, this contract is coordinated with the el taraval transit enhancements project. the next request is to fund the repaving of allemeny boulevard. it would include new sidewalk construction and curb ramps. prop k is leveraging 1.75 million in sb-1 program partnership fund
