i'm an s.f. resident and proud member of the s.f. bicycle coalition.trongly believe we need to expand car-free spaces not just on j.f.k. drive but in golden gate park in general. we should absolutely do that after the shelter in place is lifted but i also think that we should consider doing it now to give more space to folks who need to get outside, either for mental health or get to an essential job in a responsible way. as someone who bikes regularly throughout the park, i've been harassed by drivers asking me to stay in the bike lane, which on most parts of the j.f.k. drive isn't even a bike lane, it is a parking lane and i've been passed by cars spaoing through the park wrecklessly. the difference [inaudible] and we need to open up the park like that every day. i know that there are some concerns about access for folks with disabilities and i absolutely believe that we should and can take appropriate steps to ensure that the park is accessible to folks throughout the city, including those with mobile disabilities. but evidently the way to make that

i'm an s.f. resident and a former business owner. some of you may know me as the cofounder of undiscovered s.f. creative night market, also run an event planning committee. prior to starting my company, i was also director of a non-profit dance organization in soma, where organized dance workshops and classes at city dance, as well as annual shows at the regency ballroom. i'm also a dancer myself. i've been dancing since my high school days at shcp. of course, i'm heavily involved with soma programming. in addition to undiscovered, i also run a non-profit, which is dedicated to building strong and empowered filipino community in the bay area. i'm also a recent partner in the new creative project, which is working on building programming to build the future filipino-american arts and cultural center in soma. and through my work, i've been really excited about this important work we've been doing around trauma-informed systems. and how to address community trauma by creating organizations and programs. so i now apply the t.i.f. work in

so in terms of s.f. access in covid-19, we're still providing door-to-door service, prescheduled one to seven days in advance. many people are going to dialysis and have a standing ride. it covers the entire city, including daly city, three quarters of a mile around the bart station. and we're encouraging people to only take essential trips, just like all of us. we minimized the van capacity to make sure that there's social distancing and we're not taking more than two riders per van. and we're providing masks to all of the drivers and p.p.e. and the vehicles are cleaned significantly with significant cleaning every night. group van where groups of people are going to one location, like an adult day health care center or a seniors' center, those services were operating for the first few weeks for some agencies. but all of the agencies now have closed their doors. and so during shelter-in-place, the group van services are not happening any longer. in terms of tax service, we're providing same-day on-deman
