i'm the director of gender health s.f. what a great time to provide an update with pride march on sunday and some of the month's pride celebrations. i am joined by some of my colleagues, barry zephen, and we'll cover some of the program metrics. just a little bit about gender health s.f. before i dive into the presentation itself. we were established in 2013 by the san francisco department of public health to provide access to gender affirming surgeries and services to eligible uninsured trans and nonbinary individuals in san francisco. i do want to take a note that we are a program of behavioral health services, and as part of the package that we all sent to the health commissioners, one of them is an updated program brochure that provides updates information around our program and services which covers eligibility, services, and the peer navigation services program. we covered three stories, which unfortunately we won't be able to premier because of technical difficulties, but we encourage people to watch them. last but

karina: your article in the s.f.tandard talks about how the asian-american community is divided on this. can you dig into that a little bit? what has been the response on those sides, those who say she apologized, we are good to go, and those who say no, it is time to step down, you went too far? han: the asian-american community has really divided opinions on whether she should resign or stay in office. even on the board of supervisors we have two asian-american supervisors who disagree. supervisor chen was one of the first asking hsu to resign, but the other supervisor believes in hsu's apology and believes she should follow her commitment and let voters decide in november. there are also community groups asking ann hsu to resign, but there is also backlash in the community, saying this issue should have more consultation with committee members. also for now, hsu's strongest supporter is the mayor who appointed her to the state. and also recall campaign activists, fellow activists on the recall campaign, they are s

that includes continuing lafco's work on clean power s.f., on public bank through the reinvest in san francisco working group, and also the lafco partnership with public department of environment to pilot e-bikes for delivery workers, so we are excited about those efforts. the reinvest in san francisco public bank group has begun its initial meetings now and want to thank executive officer jeremy pollock as well as [indiscernible] for their amazing work to move this forward. the working group also voted to appoint a chair. kristin evans is the chair of that working group and also fernando [indiscernible] is the vice chair, and these meetings are accessible in multiple languages, including chinese, spanish, and tagalog. so that is the lafco update. and i just have one item to announce today. i am calling for a hearing on an update on the city's overdose plan. last year, we sat here in the chamber and pledged a response to the city's overdose crisis in our city. the mayor pledged to open a linkage center in the tenderloin, a center that has served hundreds of people every day and revers
