after four bodies were found in a home in sacramento. the victims were discovered after a family member in san francisco... called police in sacramento... asking for a welfare check on their family. police say the four victims include two children. neighbors say vasquez-oliva is the father and husband of those killed. people who live in the area say they did ánot hear any fighting or gunshots before the bodies were discovered. salvador vasquez-oliva has been booked into the sacramento county jail.
