supervisor safai? >> i would add to that i think we want this program to be successful out of the gate. when i look at the staffing as the same questions that i asked you when we were going through this. you have existing street inspectors. i would imagine if you need an additional help in certain areas and certain days, you would reallocate some of the street inspectors to helping on those particular days. i see the b.l.a. recommendation to go from 2.37 senior street inspectors -- so i am imagining they will be managing the crews out on the street to 1.5 in the first year and then it goes from three full-time senior street inspectors to two. and so i'm actually not convinced you need two full-time senior street inspectors and they rightfully give you the full request of your street inspectors and they increase in year two. and those are the people out there doing the work. and i agree there is going to be administrative work and this is a front-heavy program. and we will go through the shared spaces a
