israeli american, 36 year old sagi henken, 29 year old russian israeli sasha alexander trufanov and 46 year old yair horn, a dual citizen of israel and argentina. this is the sixth exchange in the cease fire deal. as of today, 24 hostages have been released from hamas captivity and more than 1000 palestinians set free from israeli detention. back here in the bay area and new this morning, one man is in custody after leading police on a bizarre slow speed chase across the east bay. it all started around three this morning in san leandro. police responding to a walmart for a call about a theft. as they were investigating, they think someone unrelated to the theft drove their car into a police cruiser. no officers were injured, but the driver sped away. san leandro police and the california highway patrol chased that driver on the freeway at speeds of up to 80 miles an hour. he took them through the streets of oakland. the chp was able to slow down that driver with the help of spike strips, flattening some of his tires, but he kept going. the chase slowed down to about 20 miles an hour. c
