three people in a dog overboard in the bay where their sailboat goes under. there have been a couple rescues thus far but the search continues near sandy point park. lindsey has been out there for hours and is live now. what is the very latest. >> reporter: the very latest is they're still searching for one man in the water, starting around 2:00 today when a 20- foot sailboat capsized. there were three people onboard, all together. this happened in the bay. but what is going on right now is that rescuers have launched their search from sandy point state park. that's where they have been able to put their rescue boats in the water. right now they have two people that they've been able to pull out, one is a 25-year-old woman. she was suffering from hypothermia. she was taken to the hospital. they also found a 40-year-old pan, they say he has serious life-threatening injuries. unfortunately, he was not breathing when they pulled him from the water so they were doing cpr. he is in the hospital as well. they're still searching for a third person, a 25-year-old man

a female boater alerted rescue crews the sailboat she was on started taking on water. the woman and two other boaters were on an 18-foot 1985 precision sail boat similar to this one. it eventually capsized sending the occupants into the bay. a 40-year-old male was recovered in the bay and transported to anne arundel medical center with serious and life-threatening injuries. rescue crews also transported a woman with hypothermia to the hospital but firefighters say she is expected to be ok. search crews scanned the water from the sky and the boat. the dive team has de ployed a side can sown far in an attempt to locate the boat and victim. water temperatures hover at 50 degrees in the bay which officials say could put him at risk for developing acute hypothermia. the captain said it's important to be prepared out on the water. >> always wear a personal flowation device when you're out on the water. file a boat plan and tell family and friends where you're going and when you expect to return. >> a dangerous situation in baltimore county. a van hit a home in the 4300 block
