[ laughter ] good morning, everybody. let's take a look at the commute now. the traffic is going to be busy. but it's not that bad. we're off to a good start on 24 westbound as you drive from lafayette all the way up to the tunnel. it hasn't been a bad commute at all. the morning commute looks pretty good. also we're looking at a commute here as you approach the san mateo bridge. it is nice heading over to foster city. if you're driving along the bay bridge westbound the traffic there is moving along very nicely with no major issues. today's weather is going to be somewhat clouded. let'

all right sal what do you want to start with? >>> we are starting with -- i'm going to pull up my list. we will start off with big traffic that we've had because of this police activity on the bridge. i want to show you the mccarthur maze and westbound. in fact, we will show you the video first here. the traffic we searched earlier for a person who fell off the bridge or jumped. this video was taken early this morning after an accident. a woman went into the water. she is still being searched for. two other people were detained in the area. now let's go to the mccarthur maze. they were looking for her near the bridge. they blocked one of the lanes westbound. but the metering lights were slowed down and traffic was slow as you come up. at the bay bridge toll plaza it is backed up for a 30-35 minute delay. let's go to other parts of the east bay. westbound 580 we have a lot of slow traffic there getting up to the main part of livermore. now it's 6:32 let's go back to the desk. >>> in the next half hour we expect an update from cal
