let's check in now with sal castaneda because it's been a very busy commute with the weather out there in. i want to show you pictures, highway 101 raining pretty hard here in marin county and also approaching the golden gate bridge is show because of a two- car crash near the north tower. no major injuries. 880 is at a standstill, northbound on the right, heading up to high street. this morning we also have a look at the bay bridge toll plaza. a little better than it was, a little bit slow still from at least the over crossing, a 10 to 15-minute wait. the lafayette train tracks here, we push in for b.a.r.t., westbound 24, kind of a slow crawl on the way up to the tunnel. eastbound 24 has not been good because of a stalled truck from oakland to orinda. remember, only 1 tunnel going that way. that's pretty slow. here is steve. >>> some of that moderate rain, some of heavy to the north, the wind and rain will be with us most of the day and probably into tomorrow as well. gusts over 60, mount diablo. some 5:00, you name it, it's been strong. standing water starting to show up, san rafael,
