so the latest now, boris, is that salah abdeslam will be returning to france.e has been held in belgium on the european arrest warrant. not clear when he will go back to france. as he does that, you will be assured that investigators are trying to find who outstanding attackers linked to the brussels attacks. they are looking for eight other suspect with possible links to paris and brussels. >> in the face of the raids and suspects still on the loose, it has been more than a week since the attacks. how are residents holding up? >> reporter: boris, you have to go back to the fact that these are people living under the heightened terror threat level. they had a manhunt really focused on brussels and other parts of the country since the paris attacks happened. they have become used to seeing the military on the streets. they become used to seeing police on the streets. raids are common occurrences. it is day after day, week after week, month after month when they know authorities are pursuing the most wanted terrorists in the world right in their city. >> quite a

now salah abdeslam has said he is not working with authorities anymore. >> reporter: right.ting extradition initially. at that time he was answering questions after he was taken into custody. four days after being detained, the brussels attacks happened. after that, we're told, he stopped cooperating. he agreed to be extradited. at the same time, authorities in brussels and across belgium continue to look for a third suspected bomber from the airport. a second possible suspected bomber from the metro station. they are looking at the plans that the suicide bombers did have for the city. in fact, they are beginning to wonder if perhaps the brothers involved in the attacks had i m ambitions to build a dirty bomb. authorities have uncovered video connected to the investigation. it shows ten hours of surveillance of a nuclear researcher's home. investigators are looking if the brussels bombers were connected to the tape. analysts say it suggests that perhaps the bombers were looking at far fetched plot in which they might kidnap the nuclear researcher to force access to radioacti
