through tomorrow morningtorm is just, a stationary, staying over the north bay, so saint helena, salinas, point reyes, it's going to be a tough go to get you to san francisco as you start the day. by 3:00 we begin to see rainfall develop over the south bay, east bay, peninsula, but it is still the worst in the north bay. once we hit tomorrow night, we get those heavier downpours in the south bay, and that's when we start to pick up on our rainfall totals. i do expect things to break up on that widespread coverage by wednesday morning, but we're still going to keep some wet weather, some scattered rain chances in the forecast on wednesday. rainfall totals, my thinking on this really hasn't changed. right up here through the higher elevations of marin, napa, 7nch zone. right here across the east bay, south bay, peninsula, you're s of anh about 1 1/2 inches. santa cruz mountains also getting hit there with a bull's-eye as well. i do expect the russian river in guerneville to reach flood stage by 9:00 p.m. wednesday. this will bring flooding some businesses. we had this happen two weeks ago.
