so -- exactly, take his recommendations, research them, the things that salter proposed were very expensive. he thinks he has some less intrusive solutions, and so we want to research them, and meet with tony and kelly and discuss which ones which they will give them the most relief, work with that, see how it goes, and move forward in this way. i think we have a relationship with tony and kelly now facilitated by commissioner falzon that we can work with them. >> i think my feeling is i'd like to see that report, as well. because i mean condition three, having a sound limiter is going to be a nightmare for you. >> that's correct. >> and i -- it's really on the honor system, and it's like trying to get the trust back on the table. and usually, sound limiters are there when they don't trust you. i want to trust you, but i think with the report, we'll have a better understanding. and if it's tomorrow, i mean, i don't mind continuing it one more hearing just to see it. >> i mean, short of going in the other direction, i think, i feel like this -- the issue of measuring the ambient level was do
