sam walton, the greatest entrepreneur in the history of the world, i asked him one time, i said did youlding walmart? thousands and thousands and thousands of times. everybody that has success fails because you got to do, try and go and try new things, you're going to fail and you learn from the failure. >> talk about it, too. you say this in the book. talking about failure builds credibility with your team demonstrating you're a leader who hides. people trust you when you talk about failure and it's desirable. why is it desirable? >> you feel good when you take responsibility for something. you don't take responsibility, you cannot improve. i've played and lost three super bowls. biggest place you could play. in front of millions of people. i could blame my offensive line, defensive line, we didn't catch it enough, didn't make enough tackles, kick enough field goals. i put it on me. it was on me. if i would have played better, i would have thrown more touchdown passes, scored more points, we could have won. by taking that ownership of that failure, learn from it and what did i not do?
