. >> san jose mayor samlocardo speaking out about protests at his home. this as protesters take to the street to demand social justice for police shootings. i'm liz kreutz. thank you for joining us. we're going to have much more on those bay area protests in a moment but let's start with a quick look at the weather. >> good morning, liz. we have a lot of stratus out there, the low clouds as we look at live doppler 7. you'll notice up into the north bay we've got the fog. s also along the peninsula there and that's going to setup a pretty good sea breeze. 3 to 4 miles half moon bay. the airport is reporting fog and hazy conditions in livermore. the worst air quality right now through 7:00 is up in the north bay. going through 2:00 it lifts further north, so we're looking at slightly better air quality, we get into that afternoon sea breeze and those winds continue to push the smoke up into the north bay throughout the afternoon, the overnight hours. and your sunday is going to feature some warmer air and some lighter winds. still with a spare the air alert
