samsa put out a report regarding best practices from seven states.for example, california insurance commissioner's office worked closely with california's exchange to design benefits under the parity law. ms. greenberg, is the samsa report helpful to your member companies, and what else can we be doing to share best practices such as interagency coordination across the country? >> sure. yes, the samsa document which was released quite recently is very helpful. we were actually interviewed as a part of that report, and i think sharing of best practices is one of the most helpful ways to assist with parity implementation. and that is one of the other things that can be done as has been mentioned by, i think, all of us is the sharing of de-identified information. so whether it be a problem that's found or something positive that's found by any of the agencies that mr. selig suggested that are doing the implementation, if they can let people know this is the problem that we found, and this is how it should have been treated, or this is how the change was
