and has been a deadly 24 hours in san jose. icide after a fatal attack early this morning. mike pelton is live in san jose. >> over the past hour the corner removed the bodies. the crime scene unit is still on scene at wrapping up their investigation. this parking lot as part of a big shopping complex in the corner of blossom hill and snow. this grey s u b as here in the authorities found a body near there this morning. they got a call approximately 1:18 a.m. reporting that a man was injured on the street. when the officers arrived they found him injured in the parking lot and said it appeared that he was brutally assaulted. he was declared dead shortly after that in the homicide unit took over the investigation. at this point they do not have any suspects in the and not released the victim's name or aids. they will not do so until his next of kin is notified. they're trying to determine who exactly is responsible for this working with businesses to get any and all surveillance video. there is a jack in the box next to this scen
