we will have completed work on two outlet structures in the san andreas and the pump station as well as the lower cover under the upper crystal springs dam. all that will be remaining is one outlet in the crystal springs reservoir which will be completed in 2014. what i would like to mentioned is that a lot of these facilities have the ability to move water. so operation has not been impacted significantly by some of the these project difficulties. still some remaining in relations to the under water work that has yet to be completed on the project. i have been very happy with some of the progress made on resolving some of the various outstanding changes that we had. there is definitely a positive momentum on that project now that has been established in the recent few months. finally harry tracy treatment plant, that project is 62 percent complete. we are in a major critical shut down that will extend through december. by the time we are done with that shut down, the plant will have a brand new ozone system, the city personnel will have the ability to move back to their facility aft

andrea fujii reports. >> he said, he's got a gun. get out of here. >> reporter: this limo driver, who doesn't want his identity revealed said he was there when a 27-year-old san jose man, took out a gun in terminal 3's baggage claim friday. just one week after the gunman shot and killed the tsa agent upstairs in the terminal. the driver said the woman was there to pick him up. said he noticed the woman acting bizarre on a flight. >> he said, it's kind of strange. i said, what do you mean it's kind of strange? he said, he was saying all kinds of things on the plane, causing commotion. >> the man sat down, opened a locked metal box, took out a handgun. >> and he pulls it out and he cocks. it. and when he does that, i go, oh, my gosh, he's got a gun. >> reporter: tsa agent were called. >> he turns to me and puts his hands on like this. and said, it's a checked bag. >> the police took him into custody for brandishing a gun. airport police, though, released him saturday morning, saying he declared the unloaded gun in his baggage. and there was no evidence he threatened anyone. >> i don't know what his intent was. but i wasn't going to gamble on what it might have
