business in san anselmo, it's a routine to get the sandbags out. good news, there weren't any problems. good for businesses and people that shop down there. in the years past we've seen it flood, really high. >> really high but usually that happens later in the season. we are still fairly early in the season. even with that amount of rain, we are seeing it going down. there are still some areas we must watch over the next few russian river in geyserville,k. the river still under a flood watch until about 8:15. look how much rain we've gotten san anselmo, 3" and still not flooding. pretty good. elsewhere we've seen anywhere from 1 to even 5" of rain in the santa cruz mountains. we'll talk more about those rainfall totals and what's ahead as we still may see rain coming through coming up in a few minutes. >>> looking forward to that. pg&e crews making good headway and bringing areas back online after having power knocked out during the storm. at one point there were more than 80,000 bay area outages. right now one-third of a peak overnight number. th
