we'll keep an eye for the potential of these storms moving in the back door towards san benito and monterey county. otherwise clouds of a different sort. our satellite image indicates we have a bank of low clouds and fog along the immediate seashore. the depth of that marine layer is actually about 1,000 feet. let's look outside. it's our cbs 5 camera looking towards the bay water where a small craft advisory has been lifted. otherwise haze drifting into the bay from the golden gate bridge. with the overcast skies it's currently 60 in pacifica, 67 in san francisco. it was in the triple digits in livermore now at 97 degrees. upper 80s in santa rosa. it's still hot this evening if you are out and about inland. otherwise pleasant conditions bayside. we have patchy stratus lining the coast. tomorrow, these are the headlines. coastal fog early around the bay, also during the afternoon hours. going to take a while to scrub out. but no more triple digits. today was the hottest day of the workweek. we are now end, a gradual cooling trend. that's it. that's really interesting. that's some tropical moisture
